Trekking tents from REJKA: whether trekking in the mountains, hiking, bikepacking or Cycling

One of the most important pieces of equipment for any nature-loving outdoor enthusiast is a tent. Because, true to our motto, this is your home away from home. And who doesn't want a beautiful, safe home built on a good foundation? Trekking tents from REJKA: with over 25 years of experience, we want to help you find the perfect tent for you and your needs.

Our trekking tents are not only suitable for the challenging trekking tour in remote Sweden, but are also the perfect companion on your bike trip, when bikepacking, in the mountains or when hiking in stages. To help you find your way around quickly, you can find trekking tents in the following categories in our online store:

The different types of tent

The tunnel tent

Tunnel tents are designed to make optimum use of the floor space. In combination with a construction consisting of several chambers, they offer you enough space for sleeping, cooking and sufficient storage space in the awning. You can even spend a rainy day or two here. If a tunnel tent is pitched with the short side into the wind, the tent offers little surface area for the wind to attack and is extremely storm-resistant. Our new roll-up ventilation ensures a good tent climate and reduces condensation to a minimum. Our ANTAO series is one of our tunnel tents.

The dome tent

As the name suggests, dome tents (also known as igloo tents) have a dome shape. The extremely stable construction of a dome tent makes it ideal for adverse weather conditions and use on alpine trekking tours or expeditions. Our HAMRA series can withstand wind gusts of up to 100 km/h without any problems. In addition, dome tents offer plenty of space and score points with their light weight.

Ultralight tents from REJKA?

The lighter the better is often the saying. The REJKA range now also includes ultralight models, which we personally consider to be in line with the market and sensible, but which we only recommend for tours that take place within a certain distance of civilization due to the significantly lower tear resistance of the fabrics. Ever since we started producing tents in the mid-1990s, our aim has been to build robust, durable and comfortable tents that are also affordable for the average earner. Nothing has changed to this day! We have good reason to believe that there are many advantages to camping that go beyond weight.

Trekking tents with double-walled construction

Our conviction for trekking tours clearly lies in double-walled tents, and for good reason. These tents offer a number of advantages that significantly increase comfort and functionality on demanding tours.

A key feature is the good air circulation between the outer and inner tent. This enables efficient ventilation, which is invaluable on longer trips. The fresh air flow not only contributes to a more comfortable sleeping climate, but also helps to reduce moisture and condensation inside the tent. This is particularly important to ensure a dry and comfortable environment, even in humid or rainy conditions.

Another plus point is the versatility of our double-walled tents. With our freestanding tents, it is possible to deliberately leave out the flysheet, which not only reduces weight but also offers a wonderful opportunity to experience nature even more intensively. Our freestanding tents make it easy to use this option without having to sacrifice stability or protection from insects.
